I've been having a fever and hot and cold flashs for a few days now, my lower back is in pain, I have a dry cough, sore throat and severe headaches. I don't have a runny nose, mucus buildup and other flu like symtoms so I know its not that, but I have no idea what this is?? Please help
you don't have to have a runny nose to have the flu. You probably had the flu.
