What could be wrong with me? I have a bad headache on my right side of head and my neck hurt to on that side. My eyes hurt and I get dizzy at times. I checked my bp 118/82, my sugar was 84. So I don't know if I need to go to ER or just take a muscle relaxer and lay down. Please help!!!
