Hi everyone. Well I just started Seasonale birth control about 3 months ago and I finished the 'active' pills on the 28. During The 'inactive' pills I was supposed to get my period. I didnt have any bleeding or even feel like I was gonna get my period. About 3 days later, I had very, extra light spotting for about 1-2 days. Everyone says thats not considered a period. Its been a little over 2 weeks since I should have started my period and Ive been having bad stomach cramps like I would during my period and also have gas almost all the time. Eveyrnight I get at least 11 hours of sleep but end up being exhausted and sleepy in the afternoon but never fall asleep. I get nauseous sometimes and feel like I have to throw up but i dont. I took a pregnancy test, but it came out negative. I got it from a gas station though so it might have affected the accuracy maybe? Do you think I could be pregnant?

hello everyone. im really concerned about myself and my body. Ive now missed my period for 2 months. i took a test last month, it was negative, then followed the advice of taking one 3 days later if still no period, negative again. I went to the doc, and because i live in london and they only have like 8mins with each patient all he told me was that i took the test to early and i needed to return my precious urine 2 him in 2 weeks time as he pushed me out the door. i did that last week and am waiting to get results. my breasts have been sore since the beginning but some days they seem worse then others, its painful 2 sleep on my stomach and i get waves of nasea through out the day but never any vomit. last week i had spotting of blood, but that was only 1 time after using the toilet. also ive been extremely light headed all of the sudden on occassion. i dunno whats happening, i am extremely emotional for no reason, well more than usual:). so im thinking maybe its a hormonal imbalance. does anyone have any answers from previous experience? i know stress can affect my period, so i really just pray and rely on my husband and mom to keep me not obsessing over this, so i know thats not whats delaying my period! this is emotionally taxing though, i cant lie.

I am 47 years old and am in the same boat! 82 days without a period but have all the symptoms. I have been a bit late in the past year, but nothing like this. Had pregnancy test done and it was negative. My doctor send me for blood tests to see if I am premenopausal and he also sent me for an ultrasound on my uterus. I am still experiencing the tender stomach and the bloating. I also had my tubes tied 10 years ago. Maybe you could suggest to your doc to send you for an ultrasound. It is very frustrating not knowing what is going on. I just hope my period starts soon; for you too. One thing did the antibiotics for the bladder infection solve anything?

hi all! I'm have been late the past two months both by 4 days and I am on the pill. I have been exhausted and suffering from stomach tenderness. I have taken a ridiculous amount of Home pregnancy tests and they all sya negative. My first late period was a day shorter and spotted afterwards, which hasn't happened in years. The second late period came for only one day. After that episode I took another EPT and it showed negative. Glad to see others are in my situation, calling the gyno tomm!

I am 5 days late on my period. I took 3 HPT and all came out negative. I have swollen tender breasts, feel nausea at night towards the end of the day, and feel bloated. I am about to go crazy if I don't find out what is wrong soon. I am taking the plunge and am calling the doctor tomorrow.

hi, its been 5-6 weeks since the first day of my last period, my partner and I are trying for a baby, since then i have had a brown streak of blood on the toilet paper once, and spotting on the same day, then nothing, i sometimes feel nauseous and my breasts are extremely tender, but i have cramps like period cramps, I am too scared to take a test coz i dont want to see another negative result, any suggestions. :-D

I'm in the same boat. I'm a month late, the start of my second missed cycle is today. I've had a few random cramps that bring me to tears. both pregnancy tests (take home epts) were negative. I've had all the symptoms I usually get before my period, just haven't had one yet. Any ideas?

amenorrhea can be the cause of this problem it is a absence of your cycle you might have to take provera which is a progest. pill to get you back going. Not uncommon for women to have it can be from stress or diet but do go get checked out..
