Wes they work first of all you need to loob them then blow it up untill its the sise of a tenis ball spred the lips of your vagina and then slot it in if you want to make it biger go for it
The thing about a balloon is it is offers a lot of option, both physical and mental. You can blow it up a lot (tight) but it might explode at any moment. You can blow it up up soft, but it molds and presses rather than rubs. What do you like? Soft molding pressure or a hard grind with risky excitement? With balloons you can do either, both, or a bunch in between. My suggestion. Experiment. Learn what you like, and feel free to go crazy.
