Hi! I have diabetic neuropathy. I heard about benfotiamine that can help with neuropathy. Did clinical research confirm effect of benfotiamine? What do you know about side effects? Does benfotiamine improve nerve functioning?

Hi! Numerous clinical trials have demonstrated that Benfotiamine is effective at reducing the pain of diabetic neuropathy, and no side effects or signs of toxicity have emerged. Benfotiamine has been approved for use as a therapy for neuropathy in some countries. Benfotiamine is not just a pain killer, but actually improves nerve functioning. You should try Benfotiamine.

benfotiamine (a thiamine analogue) has been shown to be effective for neuropathy. Also reccomend R+ lipoic + biotin (these must be taken together). Tested brands of R+ lipoic (since many sellers extraction- 80/2- or even just racemate-50/50- sad but true) include Insulow, AOR, Glucorell.
