Hi! I wanted to tell you all the great news. I just lost 8 pounds over the last week eating rice and nothing but rice. I did vary the kind of rice that I ate from white rice to whole grain rice and basmati rice, as well as the red kind. It was a bit boring, but very successful. That is just another way to lose weight - the rice diet, I guess we could call it! I am going back to eating normally for two weeks now, though with reduced amounts, and then I am going to do another rice only week.
This cant be healthy?
