It very much depends what size you class as big?
In later life they can cause shoulder and neck strain and also back ache specially if the bra isn't the right size or fit, if you have big breasts I would advise you to a good lingerie shop and get professionally measured. :-)

No it isn't too big for you at age 15. I had 38 size tits at age 8 and 44 size at age 10. You're not too big.
