It could indicate a kidney stone. You are likely passing clots.
See a doctor. Not only can they be very painful they can also lead to kidney infections or even damage.

My gf is a nurse and she has never seen kidney stones like this. It was stringy white tissue with bright red blood. Could the stones have irritated the tract causeing it to shed tissue pulling it out when stone came out?
Yes. Sometimes the stone is encased in tissue. I've had it happen. It's disconcerting to say the least.
