Thing is, I'm only 14 and want to know can i stick with this routine because I need soooooo badly to build some muscles. I'm too skinny and lean. Pls, I need an answer soon.
Yes, you can use that plan. But, because you are still young, just use smaller weights, around 2-4 kgs.
Girls can also use it, they just need to reduce weights between 1.5-3 kgs.
Stick it with routine and I'm sure you'll achieve your goal.
