I was admitted to gallbladder removed and after ECG they insisted my my heart beating was too low and indicated I had an electrical issue, within few hours a pacemaker was installed. I explained that I felt ok and most of my symptoms came from my tummy or IBS but they were not interested. 1 week prior I had seen 2 GP'S that confirm I had no heart issues and 8 week after pacemaker I am still concerned with what has happened. They put the fear of God in me and I kept thinking about my family. Would be good to get more info on how the heart is effected by the tummy.
Kind Regards
Matt

What did the doctor do for this condition as I will sometimes get this same thing aka what I believe to be a heart flutter and weird wave of doom or anxious feeling right before a bowel movement and I do not like it! I have read many articles about the vagus nerve and realize it affects both heart and gut but that doesn’t tell me why this feeling and flutter happens meaning isn’t normal or something to be alarmed about. I’ve been cleared by my cardiologist after a stress test and wearing a heart monitor for a full 30 days (found no arrhythmias) so I don’t know what to think or how to prevent them from happening.
