To mee feels like alien in my brain. I feel it where diagrams show pineal gland is in brain. I feel a presence there, but my brainstem feels like a little rattle snake's buttend. A lot of people who feel this also mention being bipolar and having anxiety which both apply to me. Acknowledging the clicking, even when it isn't happening, revives that same presence I feel in my Pine cone, minus the rattle snake brainstem. I'm also prone to conspiracizing everyday life and events. Everything is an agenda to me. And I feel my brain has a mind of its own. Does clicking mean crazy? or is it brain damaging? Harmless, spiritual, meaningless, or new age enlightenment , I have no idea. But but we may all have other personality traits in common.

I am 63 yrs old. Female. For over a year now I have had brain crackling just about every day. I also have an inner ear pain. I've been to a neurologist who injected medicine into the back of my neck. The pressure of the crackling skull is now becoming horrible. I don't do much of anything since this started. My neck on both sides also feel like swollen glands and are painful. I'm scheduled for an EMT this week. Can anyone relate?
I've been bi polar for twenty years. I have severe anxiety & stress. But the crunching/squished feeling like a vice is on my head & my skull is being smashed. It is now unbearable.
I've had the crunching sound of my brain now for over a year. ENT last year ordered a CT scan. Said I have lockjaw. I just had My neurologist inject two needles again into the back of My neck which is supposed to give relief. Very little relief. Seeing another ENT this week because if inner ear pain in my one ear. The pain in my head hurts so bad. Like a vice squishing my entire skull with pain in my shoulders . Primary dr doesn't have a clue.
I have the crackling too. It scares me n imy head feels a lot of pressure.

I experience pops in the back of my head that are very painful and make my tongue feel wierd. I felt it earlier today in the right upper side of my head. Usually it happens when i turn my head quickly. Should this be happening at such a young age (12)? I would love an explanation.

I have a similar issue. 10 years ago I was abusing adderral taking 90/120 mg twice a day. I started hearing things from what seemed like very far away. I focused in sooooo intensely I heard a POP noise. My senses were operating at a VERY heightened state. I started feeling pressure in my head accompanied with a headache/migraine. My mind became very "loud" is the best was to describe it. (almost like chatter", I have no other way to describe it. I was on the medication 4 years. Something happened (I think because I hyperfocused for toooooo long. It has COMPLETELY ALTERED MY "thought processing abilities as well as possible "state of being"
