Bright red bleeding, mixed with a slimy clear discharge. 5 weeks pregnant.

I'm 22 years old . Since April 30 I've been feeling real sick it got to the point where my stomach had gotten tight my stomach is bloated and firm can't suck My stomach in none what so ever if I do it hurts like hell a couple of pregnant symptoms but on yesterday I went to use the restroom I wipes it was slimy but also light reddish pinkish today NOMORE slimy stuff but still bleeding not as heavy as I usually bleed I'm irregular should I go in for a pregnancy test ? Or no

I need advice myself...I'm 28 with 2 children and I currently have the nexplanon... I completely missed a period in April but then the first 3 days of May I bled very lightly. About a week after that I started getting these little twinge/sidestitch pains in my left pelvic area With spotting that was either brown or pinkish....as time passed it turned into More of just a cramplike feeling that was progressing..it got worse when I urinate or have a bowel movement or have intercourse...I went to the ob/gyn and she gave me a urinalysis which came back fine a pap which I'm waiting on the results of and I got a pelvic exam that put me in tears...she prescribed ponstel for the pain which doesn't help at all....and she ordered an ultrasound which I can't get til next Friday. But 3 days ago I started cramping pretty intensely N then the following morning I woke up panties covered in blood.. it was so bad I got up and it was dripping down my legs and when I sat on the toilet all the water was red...I've been filling up the super plus tampons in like 2 hrs and I've been finding tiny red clots and alot of clear slimy stuff...the cramps are still pretty persistent....could I have gotten pregnant with the nexplanon n be miscarrying

I found out I'm pregnant with my 4th baby, about 13days ago, and this morning I woke up at 5am to a lot of cramping and bleeding, I went to the ER and they did an ultrasound and blood work, they didn't see anything on the ultrasound and the blood work came back that my HCG is 86, im 5weeks and 6days along, this seems like a very low number and I'm scared this is going to be a miscarriage, I have to go back in 3 days to have more blood work, I'm praying for a miracle... has this happen to anyone else, and they were able to continue the pregnancy??

Maam... i had unprotected sex on 34 days back and had an ipill just after that. I had my withdrawal bleedinh after 6 days of taking the ipill. Now today i bleeded unexpectedly and the bleed was a bit sticky and didnt smell like my regular period blood. Am i pregnant ? Please help me
