Okay, Ive been on Aviane birth control for about six months now, and sometimes i forget to take it, so i sometimes i have to take two a day,
and for about four days i have been having brown discharge and spotting. Im not supposed to start my period in about 4 to 5 days, i haven't had any sex for about a month to a month and a half,
i dont know whats going on and im like really freaking out,

Don't freak, there is nothing wrong with you. Could be one of two things here. First, you could be spotting because the pill that you are on may not be the best one for you. Many women have to try 2 or 3 different types of bc before they finally hit on the right one that is suitable for them. Spotting and random bleeding thru the month while on bc only tells you that you may need to switch it up a bit.
Secondly, and this one is what i think. When you miss pills, whether it be one or two, you automatically run the risk of starting your period or break thru bleeding. To avoid this pain in the neck, you must set yourself a schedule and stick to it. Remember to take your bc every single day, preferably at the same time.
Until you get your self on a good schedule, it's a good idea to use alternate birth control, i.e. a condom.
Keep your bc where you can see them. On your nightstand, by your computer, next to your alarm clock, any place where they can be the last thing you see before you go to bed. Also, if you have a cell phone, set your alarm on it. My daughter would set her phone alarm for 8:30 p.m. and never missed her pill.
