You could ask to be tested for Endometriosis
I have had this problem to since my c section. I may have iatrogenic endometriosis. Someone below said they have endometriosis and those black strings are a sign.
I'm 15, I have never had my period and I just got brown/blackish discharge what does this mean? I have never had sex nor taken any pill. What's wrong with me?
What does the pill have to do with it, is it bad?
But the thing is, our periods aren’t due yet.

I’ve been getting the same stuff in my underwear but I haven’t even started my period yet, I thought I might if not been wiping enough but it’s still there. It looks like poop and is in these really tiny clumps and I’ve been having stomach pains.
