Every now and again I will get a bump on the edge of my anus that is under the skin. It's like it's almost inside of me. It is completely painless and does not itch or anything. The only reason I noticed it was there was from wiping. One time I just squeezed it with my fingers to see what would happen and i could feel it disappear in between my fingers like I crushed it. It was completely painless and actually kind of satisfying, but when I looked at my thumb and index finger there was a white substance like I had just popped a giant zit/pimple. I don't think it's a pimple because it felt like a round bump completely separate from my skin almost under the skin and was not at all painful like a pimple and it leaves behind a lot more white stuff than a pimple would. It didn't bleed or anything, but ever since then one appears every few weeks and I just squeeze it again. Each time it goes away and i'm left with a white substance on my fingers. Is this anything I need to worry about? I've read up on hemorrhoids and i'm sure it is not a hemorrhoids (no pain, itching, bleeding, or discoloration) just a slightly hard bump that disappears when i squeeze it and leaves a white substance on my fingers.
