Hello,
I am a 14 year old boy, and when I was masturbating a month ago I felt this sharp pain on the right-back side of my head. I reached up and felt a small bump, maybe the size of a dime, almost right next to where the pain was felt. The next day, I was masturbating again (being the stupid person I am), and felt the pain again, albeit not as bad. I felt the bump again. I'm not 100% sure the bump is related to the pain, as it might have been there for a while. Although I'm fairly certain it is. Anyways, a month or so down the road, I'm not feeling the pain anymore, but the bump is still there. I went to the doctor, and she said it was a lymph node, and prescribed some medication to help my sinuses (as the same appointment I also complained about sinus problems.) However, I really do not think it is a lymph node. Just the coincidence of me finding it in the same hour as the head pain, and the fact my head now has a somewhat 'heavy' feel to it (although this may just be psychological) leads me to believe it is something else.

Also, I should mention when the problem first appeared, I was holding my breath while masturbating, and didn't realize it. This may have attributed to the problem.

Thanks!
Hi, i'm a boy at 16 and I'm having the same problem with this pain and just as you I,ve been holding my breath without relizing it so I agree that it could be contributing to the pain, I've also managed to avoid the pain by breathing a lot while masturbaiting but I think it's odd that the pain starts now because for as long as i can remember ive always held my breath sometimes during masturbaiting.

The bump your talking about is somthing that almost every person has and you shouldn't worry about it, when i found it myself I got as surprised as you and wondered when and how it got there but it seems like the most people I've asked has one to.
