Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it? I shave a lot and I've been sexually active with my boyfriend. This appeared a few days ago. It feels like a zit and is rather painful but it won't pop. Ingrown hair? Cysts? I know it's not genital warts or herpes as the sore it's self is not fleshy nor will rupture. I've been taking baths to try to make it pop but it has not worked yet..
Advice would be appreciated!
Sounds like it could be an ingrowing hair but hard to say with out seeing it.
Try putting a wash cloth thats as got as you can stand on it and holding it there for a while
