Ok. For the past couple of years i have noticed that ive had these small bumps on my ball sack. Theyre not pimples because ive tried to pop them but it just hurts like an SOB. Im also a virgin and id like to know what this is and how to get rid of it as soon as possible.
hi i dont know much about them but i have the same problem and from the information i have picked up there is nothing to worry about "is what i got told" but if you feel like you need to its best to get them checked out :) i know this post is over a year long but im new to this :)

Basically, its quite common to get them, you shouldnt really worry about them because they are harmless to you, however they are harmful to the eyes of a lover, so if you want to be rid of them or stop them from returning, you will need to wash your sack everyday and make sure its all clean down there, I believe you can get some sort of treatment from a doctor to make them dissappear, but you will have to consort your local doctor...
