my boyfriend just started getting these bumps towards the base of his penis i have been tested, and i'm the only person he has slept with but these bumps are sort of red and sort of whitish they may be ingrown hairs because he does shave sometimes but they don't look like they would be, there is no std but i can't figure out why they would just pop up like that.
