Im 14 and Ive had these skin colored bumps on my penis and scrotum for years now. They never really bothered me but now they are kinda itchy. I showed my dad about a year ago and he said it was nothing and it would go away by itself. It hasn't gone away though. I did some research and they look like lichen nitidus. Please help I dont know what to do.

I just seen your post. My son also has them and the dermatologist said they would go away or need treatment. Im curious has yours since you oosted a year ago. Im so sorry for this. My son had them and barley told us.
