Bumps on penis shaft and pubic area after unprotected sex and shaving

Hey everyone,

I recently had unprotected sex with two females that I wasn't very familiar with which already starts off bad. 8 have started to notice these bumps show up on my penis and pubic area that I'm not sure whether it is shaving bumps or not. Some of them I can tell are regular shaving bumps and others look a little promiscuous to say the least. I have pictures and would love for anyone to tell me if they think this is most likely herpes or just shaving bumps. I am extremely stressed out over this not knowing what to do. I also gave these females oral but nothing has popped up on my mouth.
