I am 15 years old and a virgin. Never been touched there. I have had very small bumps on the inside lips of my vagina for months now and its scaring me. They itch occasionally and sometimes burn but I clean there regularly and stuff. I was checking today and one is like coming off and its red and looks like blood. I'm to afraid to talk to my parents about it and my doctor scares me. What do I do?

If you masturbate a lot, that can cause the blood just to swell up on your lip, like a bruise, it takes a while for the lump to disparate. Otherwise if you don't really touch yourself well I don't have good news for you? It could be anything really, and I know your pain and fear of the doctor, and your parents, I was never comfortable with my either . .  but yeah, you should still get it checked out if you haven't.

It is very common for females to get infections that cause itching and burning, which could be why you are not feeling those symptoms constantly. Females have lots more problems about hygiene than males. There are creams you can get at any CVS pharmacy that can help with that. Feel free to ask any woman there for help they know what to do. If you're very active sweat can cause irritation as well so change your underwear when needed or after a work out. (Wear cotton preferably) After doing some research it seems that many other girls have bumps there as well so don't feel alone or scared. If you are a virgin there is little you need to be worried about. If pain continues though I would recommend seeing a doctor just invade it could cause more issues later. Keep your chin up!
