I have, what seems like pebbles under the skin of my penis right underneth the head. They are painful. there is no rash or redness. I know its under the skin cause when I am hard, I move the skin, but the pebble thing doesnt move. I dont know if it's a hard blood vessel or what. Anyone know anything.
