I am 50 years old and it looks like my menopause is slowly intensifying. I cannot tell exactly when this situation became so severe, I guess it build up in years and now I have to deal with chest burning, nausea, headaches, even depression sometimes. What I am supposed to do? How can I help myself?
You should go to the doctor immediately. Nausea, headaches and depression do happen in menopause but that chest burning might be the problem, it could be heart related and that is something that should not be left unattended. This could be caused by hormonal misbalance that happens in menopause, but it should be checked at the doctor's.
I have burning chest and short of breath.it come and goes.
