i have the same thing happening, my top lip is gross.... some on the bottom lip n sides. tried all the home remedies for a few months and finally decided to go to the dermatologist. she told me what i already knew, that there is no treatment blablablah said to come back in a few months if it's still bothering me. i told her that it's been bothering me for 3 years now.. only thing she said is that she can burn them off but possible that they will come back. has anyone tried that?? what do the lips look like after they burn them off? and how long is the healing process???
