Hi, I'm 15 and I got off my period a couple days ago, and I started to itch alot down there then it turned to burning, my boyfriend fingered me and it stung/burned really bad and I've been looking online on what it might be but I don't have any discoloration or smell in my discharge, and I haven't had sex so it's not a STD, anyways I'm just really worried on what it might be and I don't wanna go to the doctor of its not neseccary! Please help thanks!
I don't know if the same thing happens to you, but often after my period is over I sometimes find I get a little itchy from the remaining "dry" blood that's still on its way out (the brownish discharge towards the end). That may explain the itching. As for the burning, it sounds like you may not have been wet enough. Try using some lube next time. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about.
