I need your help guys! A friend of mine went to Reno, NV three days ago and had sex for the first time with two "prostitutes" at two different brothels. According to my friend, he used condoms in both cases. When he woke up the next day, he started experiencing a burning sensation in the tip of his penis. He urinates more often now and his urine is often yellowish than usual. His said that he could not deliver with the first prostitute and had some painful moments with her as he miss-entered his penis in her vagina a few times, hurting both his penis and her vagina, which resulted in his penis not hardening eventually, and that’s perhaps why he couldn’t deliver. With the second prostitute, he was able to deliver and everything, but before they went into the room, the prostitute checked his penis carefully and kept squeezing it a few times to get some discharge I guess. Now is the burning sensation a sign of an STD, putting in mind the fact that he felt it immediately the next day? Or is it just a sign of irritation due to the squeezing act? Or is it some sort of inflammation due to first time intercourse? Thanks,
It could be a number of things.
Depending upon how hard she was squeezing to get the discharge could be causing the irritation. It seems very quick for an STD or even a UTI to develop but it is possible. He was wearing a condom, maybe there was irritation with that.
The more frequent urination leads me to think UTI but it could also be from the squeezing irritation.
Chlamydia is also possible but the condom should have provided protection. If he put it on correctly and wore it during any and all contact, and took it off correctly. Did he?
Since these symptoms happened the next day I'd wait a couple of days, in case it was an irritation, but if it continues I'd be banging down the door at my doctors office and getting tested.
Hope that helps, keep us updated please.

I just talked to my friend and he said that with the second prostitute, the condom was put correctly... But with the first prostitute, the condom was not put correctly, but it covered the penis for sure... What do you mean by " took it off correctly"?
Thanks,
Thanks,
Just wondering, don't brothels in Nevada claim to be clean? I mean they always talk about how they test their girls monthly or weekly... How can he get herpes or any other STDs if they get checked? He went there because he trusted the brothels... He was very afraid of having sex with a prostitue on the street so went all the way to nevada...
By "take it off correctly" I basically mean holding the end of the condom, not the tip end but the bottom, while you withdraw so that it holds the semen in and keeps the penis covered as you withdraw.
What do you mean "not put on correctly?" A prostitute should definitely know how to put one on, especially at a brothel.
The girls could be tested hourly, it does not matter. STD's do not show up immediately. HIV/AIDS can take several months before you'd test positive. Chlamydia can take a week to 10 days. It varies. You do not know the clients that she has been with, even just several minutes before your friend arrived. A condom is good protection but nothing is 100%.
Hope that helps

It sounds like it was probably the squeezing that irritated it. Sometimes when I have sex with my girl friend and its really intense, I get a little burning after just because its to rough on the penis. Thats where the lube comes in!
Why does my boyfriend's penis and my vagina burn after the first time we had sex?
