My first rubber band ligation was quite painless and I didn't see what the big deal was.
I had the 2nd one today and was almost in tears from the pain. Totally shocked by how painful it was.
I just had a bowel movement (about 9 hrs after the procedure), there was some blood, but not too much.
After my BM, everything feels completely back to normal. No pain, no irritation, nothing!
It's so painfree, that I'm a bit worried that my rubber band might have fallen off. Is this possible?
Mine just did the same thing after only 24 hours. I think it can. Sucks man. The rubber was more painful than laser surgery especially the numbing agent.
I had three bands put on in one procedure. Three hemorrhoids. Not so much painful as having the terrible feeling I had to poop urgently for several hours. One of the bands came off after 9 hours. Will have to repeat procedure.
