I always take my vitamin with my other med's which is usually before I go for a ride. I haven't had any problems.

a daily multi that doesn't go over the 100% RDA allocations is probably way more then most of us need. Calcium and Iron can be beneficial to women...but for the most part vitamins and supplements are nothing more then the Snake Oil of our day and in some cases can be down right harmful...

How can vitamin supplement be harmful. I can see if one is with certain disorders, eg Lupus one shouldn't take a supplement with alfalfa. But how can vitamins do harm to a healthy person?

i take this vitamin drink called emergen-c or something along those lines. you just throw 2 packets in something like 8 oz of water and it has a bunch of good vitamins in it. plus, it's actually pretty tasty, unlike some other vitamin sources...

Man there are soooooooooooo many on the market isn't there! its pretty overwhelming haha

I have taken so many different brands in my life, but i have finally come to the ultimate best one in the entire world!!!! It actually not only gives you all the minerals your body is thirsty for BUT it keep you hydrated! whats with that!  i KNoW!

There are many brands of Vitamin that are available in the market. but is always beneficial to take vitamin from different food sources for fulfilling your daily requirements.
