Can artificial Insemunation be done if I ha a sterilization

Good day,

I want to know if it is necesary to reverse my Mini sterilization (tubes cutted) if I want artificial Insemunation done? Me and my new husband (who's got no kids) wants to have a baby "BOY" and I had my tubes cutted. Is there any other procedure?
