Losing weight has become my obsession. I want to trim off every single ounce of fat I have. I hate my fat! It makes me ugly and I don’t want to have any. I heard of High Intensity training and was wandering if it could help me in my efforts to lose weight. What do you think about High Intensity training for weight loss?

You are somewhat on the right track. High intensity muscular training can help you burn fat like no other form of activity can. However I would suggest some modifications such as Static Contraction Training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). You should train with maximum weight for just a few seconds per each exercise. It is very intense so you will have to space your workouts apart to provide necessary time to rest. You can fill your time in between with 1 hour of easy walks each day and throw in 2 sessions of high intensity interval training (that lasts only 10 minutes or so) per week. In a few weeks you will have your metabolism roaring and melting away all the fat you wanted to shed.
