i had medical abortion .after that i consulted the doctor scanning was done that reports some tissues are in womb .doctor told me surgical process and cleaning i am scared for that surgical . can i go for medical abortion is it cleans the tissues or not please give me advice.

Sometimes the medical abortion isn't complete and you do need to follow up with a D&C, dilation and curettage. You need to get those tissues removed or they can become infected and you'll get very sick.
It is your best option.
