recently i did a surgery and doctors had to remove my testicle because of the inflammation on my right testicle for about week and a half from now ,, Right now i feel like i need to masterbate i stopped doing it for a long time , my question here can i masterbute if i had only 1 testicle also is there side effects for my condition .
