Do you mean you had sex 3 days before her expected period?
If so, it would be very unlikely that she'd get pregnant. It's well past ovulation and her fertility is almost at its lowest point.

A pregnancy test won't work until at least 14 days after you had sex. Even then it may not work.
If you had sex 3 days before her period she does not need the Ipill.

If it was me, I wouldn't even think twice about it. I strongly doubt she'd get pregnant.
