Two years ago i had to undergo a vacum abortion for personal reasons. Everything went fine. I did all the procedure needed after it and the tests to check if everything was ok. I had no traces of it in me. No scars, anything. But now Im pregnant again and im really want to have the baby. I feel prepared. But i really didnt want to tell my doctor that i had this abortion before. But I'm scared he can be able to see if i did it or not even after all this time.

No, he won't know unless you tell him.
But, you REALLY SHOULD. Your doctor needs to know your entire history, not just the parts you want to share. They are to help you not judge you.
If you don't trust your doctor then find another.
