Hello, guys. I am 43 years old. Lately, when I am exposed to the sun, some rash appears on my skin. It seems like I have an allergy. I was wondering whether it is possible to become allergic to sunshine when you’re older. Is this possible to happen? Thanks for all replies.
Hello. Allergies can appear no matter what age you are. You can develop allergy even when you’re older. You should visit a dermatologist. You may have a condition called polymorphic light eruption. In that way you will need only the sun cream with high protection factor. If it is a true allergy, you will have to avoid the sun. In any case, the dermatologist will set a proper diagnosis. I hope everything will be all right. Good luck!
