Hey sir/mam I'm 13 and smoked 1 cigarette about a month ago and yesterday I smoked 2 ciggrettes and this morning I smoked 1 and realised why could happen to me so I broke all of them and wet them and threw them in the trash can lately I have been feeling a little stuffed up my throat such as dryness and a little problem swallowing. Is this any thing to worry about? Thanks and God bless. P.s. I quit smoking since the one this morning.

I smoked for about eight years, and stopped four and one half years ago. I had extensive lung x-rays about two and a half years ago, and all was well. Lately, however, (maybe due to serious ibs a) I have had the sensation of the stomach pushing up into chest only when standing or walking. I never cough, and feel no chest pain, only pressure. Should I be worried?
