i have been smoking for 4 years. actually there were no actual number of cigarette i used to smoke, sometimes it could be 10 or some days 1-3. even now when i am trying to quit this habit i go for 1 or 2 cigarette each day. i have been improved with one thing only that i do yoga , pranayam & some exercise daily for these 1-2 weeks. on somedays i go without smoking none. but on the other day i cover it up by smoking more. please tell me how should i quit smoking and what are the chances that any lung disease could happen to me. please answer this .
