i have a small kind of odd semi circle lump at the bottom of my left testicle, it doesnt hurt but when i push it lightly i cant seem to find it as my left testicle will spin around then i will find it again... its not always there
when both my left and right testicles are firm i seem to feel no lumps or abnormalties in my testicles they are even in shape
once when i was masturbating my left testicle didnt seem to be active it didnt like get firm
and a couple of times when i masturbated my left testicle would kind of like get a tight squeezing feeling as if it was getting compressed or something when my sperm was coming out..
wat may i have, is it cancer or cancer related
im really scared and have thought about shooting my self

Don't do anything drastic... just go get it checked out. It might be nothing at all, but you needed to get tested to make sure.
ahk, is it normal for a testical or testicals to spin around.. ? also i fink it wasnt a lump i fink i jus felt it on an angle whilst my testicle was spinning

The bump you felt could be anatomical. On top and at the back of the testicles, there are tubes called epididymis. They are bumpy but one would not necessarily feel these bumps.
It is quite possible this is what you felt.
I agree with agent10ve, it is essential you had the bump checked, for the piece of your mind.
Even if it is cancer, which I doubt, testicular is highly treatable especially if found early. So, the sooner you have this checked, the better.

If you have the means to go see a doctor then do it, you'll feel a lot better after you do. I know it can be depressing sometimes, and it sucks seeing the doctor for these kinds of things, but after awhile you realize that it's not a big deal at all. People go all the time to get their balls checked out, it's just part of life. If you feel comfortable, sometimes the best thing to do is just laugh about it with your close friends. You're guaranteed a good laugh with a ball joke.
