Do you often masturbate a certin way? This may be "delayed ejaculation".
Can you explain this "delayed" thing.. and I guess I do.. But, I'm not sure how that would effect it that much
If you are used to masturbating a lot in a specific way you may have trouble having an orgasm by other means.
However, anxiety, stress, being tired, etc. could also case this.
Masturbate less often (not everyday) and just relax during sex, because the more you freak out the harder it is to orgasm.

Alright, new update on my situation... we tried again, and the first time I was nervous, then I calmed down and tried deep breaths because I found out that I possibly have like low blood/oxygen flow to my lower body... I was googling my problem a bit as well and have most of the symptoms of that, but any of the suggested techniques didn't work.. So, I'm going to try masturbating and see if getting back to that regularly will help with stimulation.. when she strokes it feels good, but it won't stay hard..
