This is ok, im 13 aswell. i wasnt able to ejaculate until a day ago.... first you have to get ur penis used to masterbation. so masterbate like 2 times a day. for the first week you probably wont get any semen. then after a week think of a hot girl in your school, and rub your penis SLOWLY when you feal like your stomach hurts, then you know your about to ejaculate. Keep rubbing ur penis until you squit out a sticky liquid... it could be clear, or white....
