Recently, an important person of mine was diagnosed with cervical hernia. He has been taking painkillers for a year now and never told anyone about his problem and no one knew that he suffered from this.
Now, from his neck till his left hand are almost paralysed. He also has difficulty in holding things. I'm not too sure what stages he's in currently but i would like to know if there are any other pre-cautious steps to take. Or any ways that can help him recover swiftly.
