Chest Pain and popping in arms. Patient is overweight

Hi 

My Husband is 37 and is overweight, recently he has experienced popping sensations in his arms (not his joints) and almost immediately he then gets a chest pain, like pressure on his left side. Also sometimes after this  he has felt a pressure on the top of his right shoulder. Thank you in advance.
