I'M 44yrs AND FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS I HAVE BEEN GETTING THESE RANDOM CHEST PAIN THAT LAST A FEW SECONDS THEN GOES, IT'S IN THE CENTRE OF MY CHEST AT THE TOP OF MY CHEST 2 OR 3IN BELOW THE START OF COLLOR BONE IT'S VERY TENDER AND IF I COUGH HARD IT FEELS LIKE A TEAR OR STRAIN
It could be a muscle strain, nerve damage, or maybe problems in your lungs, but it could be linked to heart attack. You are in the age group where heart attacks are commo0n in men. However, the only way to get it confirmed is to get medicat attention. Because of the potential seriousness of it I would not delay in getting a doctor's advice. If (as your name suggests) you are in the UK, then at least call 111 (NHS), if not 999.
