That sounds true .. i googled my symptoms that i pegged to drinking an i read it could be gerd or heartburn problems .. i already have that without drinking so i assume drinking makes it worse .. especially if its beer

Hi, I've been having this problem too, except all I need to do is drink one glass of wine. My chest hurts, and my upper back hurts. Sometimes the pain is so bad I have to stay at home. However, it doesn't happen every single time and only occurs when it feels like it.

I'm almost 22 and I NEVER drink due to having the PROP gene (it makes anything with alcohol taste VERY bitter to me). Well, just last night there was a party going on with lots of drinks and I tried not more than a few sips worth of alcohol just because I was curious.
But as soon as I started, I started feeling chest pains in the left side that feel like they're coming from deep inside my breast (I'm female). This is still going on the day after although it has died down quite a bit. I did take antacid but it didn't help.

Hi people!
So I'm 39 and in work out regularly and do cardio all the time. I swim, attend boot camp at the gym, I run, and I eat right. I also like to drink on the weekend. Usually just Friday night. I will put away 2 -3 big cold ones at the local brewing company, then after that I will work on putting away between 6 and 12 bottles of my favorite beer. Usually Shiner Bock (yeah I know).
I recently went on a binge and was drinking beer each night all week (during the weekday), then continued into the weekend -upgrading to bourbon-doubles. This was 4th of July weekend, so it included Sunday night.
Beginning that Monday afternoon for an entire week I had chest pains that originated from the center of my chest, and moved to the lower left side of my chest. Also, my back hurt badly (like I was hit by a baseball bat).
Additionally, I noticed that I had bruises in areas of my back and butt (not sure if that was due to being in a stupor OR because during this binge I became succeptable to easy bruising. I was very very scared that I may have either damaged my heart, kidneys, or liver because I honestly did not feel normal.
What I will also say is that I did notice is that usually after drinking bourbon, my urine would appear very dark later on the evening the following day. In the week following this week long binge, I noticed that my urine came out this type of dark in the afternoons -but for up to 5 and 6 days later.
I believe that perhaps my kidneys, liver, and/or heart hung onto these toxins for days later.
I have decided that I no longer wish to be mean to my heart like this and I actually want to be nice to my body. I have long term plans!

i think im allergic too this is exact same as me..dont even like drinking anymore makes me ill i must drink about 4 times a yr now lol i also get pains throughout my body aswel as what u described also :(
