52mon. old boy ,his weight is 14kg and height is 105cm.the activity level of the child is high. the socioeconomic status of the family is moderate and his parents are well –educated .
The child is diagnosed of asthma and recurrent fever, nausea ,vomiting ,and loss of appetite during the previous two weeks. the dietary history of the patient showed a high consumption of junk foods and absence of fruits and vegetables, he consumed milk and dairy products only once a day.
The biochemical results showed a mild state of anemia, and hypoalbuminemia. The child looked pale and apathetic . plzzzzz answer these q for meee :( :(

1.classify the nutrition status of Majed according to wt\age; ht\age ; and wt\ht.

2- can you tell me one day menu meal plan ( with alternatives).
3-outline a nutrition recommendations for your patient and his family.
4.what is the prognosis of this condition from a nutrition point of view
well i'm ont sure on the hight weight and age ratios but you can find that information online. anemia is most likley caused by low iron... people normally take iron supplements for that but at his age im not sure if he can. also hypoalbuminureimia is caused by a low ammount of the protiene albumin in the blood. eating eggs such especially the whites should help. the manin advice i would give is decrease the ammount of junk food and increase the ammounts of fruits veggies meats dairy eggs and grains.

thanks hope this helps

i also forgot to mention that because of his poor diet his immune system is going to be weaker and thus make him more prone to getting sick thus explaining the reaccuring fever and nausea finally i would start him on a childeren's multivitimine

what do you mean by a more specific prognosis?? i diagnosis is telling what is causing something such as being diagnosed with the flu. a prognosis is a pedicted outcome. the chances of getting better or not.
