I have been struggling with constipation for years and nothing seems to help. Even though I thought seeing a doctor may help, but I don't believe as I have managed to help my self for years and most likely is a result of my diet. ex. Coffee and cigarette that I can't help in the morning, helps me for a day and then I know it gets me stuffed again.Usually a specific diet high in fiber - like salad, sometimes help , but sometimes I feel as though that don't help either. I switched to juicing. Sometimes when I feel constipated I start juicing for 2 days or so. Sometimes it work sometimes not. I notice increase in bloating and I can't seem to get a flat beach belly. So if salads and juicing and exercise sometimes don't seem to help, I go to enema. Even enema don't help. I found I have a stressful job! I try to drink water , make myself , even though not thirsty. And I finally found a TEA that always helps ! It's called organic SMOOTH MOVE laxative tea. It taste like regular tea, it taste good with honey! But it causes Diarrhea after just a cup of it. I found my relieve with pleasant side effects ! . I wonder what doctors think of it, has any one tried it? Is there specific spices and fruit or food additives - like cinnamon I can add to my juicing or what is best to trow in my blender that will surely help with my constant on and off cycle of constipation? . I even tried pro-biotics ,eat Yogurts? I know it helps- but sometimes not! I hope I can find specific ingredients I can add so my juice and meal that will surely give me more regular bowel movements . Also what do you think of the tea I use?
