It really really hurts, I just finished I was in the toilet for about 1hs and now my bum and back hurts I can't sit I can't walk.. I am on Medication for it.. I'm using Movicol which works really well I'm 13 female and I don't like taking the medication because it's kinda salty because of the Minerals inside that sofens the poo please help??
So my Question is;
-I have bad pain below and my back
-can't walk or sit
-im chronically constipated
-don't want to have bowel cancer but I have to take my medications
