I had an abortion done in may of this year , there was some bleeding and clotting complications and the dr. had to give me methergine and vacuum the blood clots out. As of 3 weeks ago I had not rcvd a period so I went back to that dr. where he (painfully discovered for me) that my cervix had closed he said due to inflammation . He did something down there in which he said he opened back up ..but I've yet to get my period I'm concerned my cervix is still closed ..I keep getting cramps , sometimes as painful as contractions but no bleeding at all. I'm scared that my cervix is still closed and I don't know what dangers this may impose . Has this happened to anyone else , what should I do ??
