Hello all. I am new here. Had a TURP done a week ago last Monday. Wore a catheter home for a couple of days until it started to fill with blood and clots and the next three days were spent in the hospital. I have been out for two full days now. I urinate very well not much pain All day yesterday and today I noticed that my urine was a very pale yellow. Good! I thought. On the mend!! Then in the evening my urine turns to pink and I have peed a couple of clots. Is this normal? Are my to expect more of this in the coming weeks. I can't help but admit that after the blood bath last Saturday I am VERY scared to see any blood in my urine no matter how little. It is part of the healing cycle?
